What an invoice has to contain
The minimum set of data on an invoice: the issue date, a sequential number, seller and buyer details (name, address, NIP), the name of the goods or service, quantity and unit price, the net amount, the VAT rate and amount (if you're a VAT payer), and the gross amount due.
