Email marketing is a separate module

Mass email sends have their own module with two tabs: Campaigns and Builder. A campaign consists of an internal name, a subject, the content and a chosen audience.

Recipients aren't imported from a file — you assemble them from five sources PlaatoOS already has: ticket buyers, reservation guests, service booking clients, order customers and people who sent an enquiry. On top of that there's an optional date range ("only customers active in this period"), the ability to exclude individual addresses, and to save a finished audience as a reusable list. The panel immediately shows how many people the send will cover, a sample of recipients and the estimated cost in coins — the send is paid for in coins, and if your balance is too low you'll get a message with the shortfall instead of a send.

Campaigns also go through an approval flow (draft, awaiting approval, scheduled, sending, sent, partial, failed), and a rejection can carry a stated reason. After sending, each campaign has a recipient log with a queued / sent / error status.

The most important caveat: sending is not switched on yet. The panel says so outright — campaigns can already be built and scheduled, and they'll go out automatically once sending is enabled. Until then the send buttons are disabled, so don't plan a campaign on this module for a specific date in the calendar.
