PlaatoOS Payments ("Quick setup — no Stripe account needed")

The first tab sets up a Stripe Connect account for you. To start you provide just two things: the account type — "Individual (no company needed)" or "Company / Organization" — and the country (Poland is on the list alongside Germany, Czechia, the United Kingdom, the USA, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Portugal). The "Create Account & Start Verification" button creates the account and opens Stripe's identity verification in a new tab.

When you come back, the panel shows the onboarding status (among others Pending, Onboarding, Restricted, Disabled) plus two separate account capabilities: "Charges Enabled" (you can accept payments) and "Payouts Enabled" (you can receive payouts). That distinction can be confusing — an account may already be able to take payments while payouts are still waiting on a document. When Stripe reports a problem, a "Resolve Issues" button appears; there is also "Refresh Status" (which pulls data straight from Stripe) and "View Stripe Dashboard".

Commissions and payment methods

The "Commission Settings" section shows two items: Platform Commission (a percentage of the ticket price) and Service Fee (a fixed fee per ticket, added on top for the buyer). You don't edit them yourself — the panel states outright that the rates are managed by platform administrators. In the "Payment Settings" section you do choose the currency (PLN, EUR, USD, GBP, CZK) and the payment methods: card is always required, while BLIK and Przelewy24 are only available for PLN in Poland (further down the list there are also iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA Debit and Sofort for other markets). The calculator underneath breaks a single transaction into four amounts: "Customer Pays", "Stripe Fee", "PlaatoOS Fee" and "You Receive".
